- Their SPAM blocker is lame. Although they block some SPAM, other very obvious SPAM gets through often, such as email messages with "wierd" characters in the subject. When I tried to setup a filter for these characters, it wasn't accepted.
- They have an easy to use "block" senders list. The problem is that it only allows a total of 50 senders/domains. Due to the amount of SPAM I receive, this is nowhere near sufficient.
- Although the user interface is better than when it was Bellsouth, tech support has taken a nosedive. Their tech support has moved to India. I was trying to explain to one of their reps that my DSL line was going up and down so often that I was unable to work online. It has nothing to do with the router, is probably the capacity of the line. She never did understand my complaint. Insisted I check the router (in another room) even though the connectivity icon on my screen gives the status.
